I think we are all busy little Bunnies!

Nobody seems to be around much this past few weeks.
I think I have discovered a new love. Yesterday in Coles I discovered they have finally started to stock New flavours of cottage cheese – so I got the sundried tomato and sweet chilli flavours. Tried the Sundried tomato this morning and this could be a dangerous addiction.
Why oh why cant I eat the plain stuff!!! I would be totally set then!

The past two weeks away from work have made me realise the importance of routine and organisation in my life. Fair enough I have been on holidays but I really struggled because I didn’t have that daily routine of doin what I was used to doing. Last night when I was preparing all of my food and my work uniforms I felt good and energised again. I am looking forward to going to the gym tonight!
I was talking about Passions/things that make me happy with my life coach the other week and realised that Besides work and Mark I don’t really have any other interests. I have always looked at the gym as something that I have to do – like a chore. I’m going to try and look at more as something that I love doing and looking forward to it and making it more of an interest in my life. I am also starting tennis lessons in a few weeks time on Saturday mornings with a view to being able to play in a social competition after a little while. The next few months are shaping up to be quite busy!
I found an interesting article in an old New Idea at work this morning and thought I might post a bit of it here – in caser I lose the scrap of paper.
GETTING HAPPY
Food is a crutch to many of us. We turn to food in many times of personal need – Sadness, Happyness, Celebration, Break ups – trapped in a cycle of bad habits.
What can we do to break the cycle? Basically get a life! (Sounds harsh hey?)
Make a decision to start living your life differently. Look for happyness in places other than food.
Make a list of all of the things that make you happy and sad. Go out and conquer the happy things, to keep you from turning to food. Lonely and don’t have many friends? Join a team sport such as soccer!
Don’t like your career? Do something about it by networking and letting people know who you are and what you are looking for – promote yourself and your fabulous abilities to the world. – step outside your comfort zone.
Life will be much better than when you were looking in the fridge for comfort. The more you practice the easier it gets. Make a list of 50 things that make you happy. When turning to food you don’t need, do something on your list. Make a photo album, write in a diary, phone a friend, go for a walk, have a foot spa, paint your nails. Do not abuse yourself with food. You deserve more and true happyness lies in honouring and loving yourself at all times.

Hi Andj, I am new in blog land but have recently started one up. I am about to embark on a 12 week challenge so thought that this may keep me motivated.

I think you are onto a good thing, routine really helps with fitness goals etc. I find on the days I work (I work p-t) that I eat and exercise well, but the days I stay home I seem to just eat or sleep in, or do all the wrong things. Ah! Well nice to meet you
    Rebecca :)
