A quick hello.

It’s getting closer to the time when I will have more free time to blog again. I have the conference on the Gold Coast this weekend and my presentation is at 10:00am on Saturday morning. So it will be over and done with nice and early and then I can relax.
I was looking over an old personal training assessment that I found when I was cleaning out. it was done on the 17/07/03 and these were my stats back then:
Weight on scales: 69.4kg
Lean weight: 51.1kg
BF weight: 18.3 kg
BF % 26.3%
On a treadmill at a speed of 7.2 and an incline of 1% my heart rate was measured at 152 BPM.
Now – 3 years later I dont have exact figures with me right at them moment but:
approx:
Lean weight: 47.3kg
BF%: 33.2%
Weight on scales: 71.9kg
How is that for a depressing comparison! BUT it does give me something that is realistic and tangible to work towards. If I can do anything at all I can get back to that.
I am shocked at the loss in lean weight – imagine what that has done for my metabolism! No wonder my clothes dont fit me as well as they used to!
So that is my goal – for when I finally have the time to get back to the gym!
For interests sake, here is a typical day in the life of me!
5:45am – Wake up
6:30am Leave for work
7:15am arrive at work
10:00am 15 minute tea break
1:00pm 30min lunch break
4:15 pm leave work
5:00 – Usually make any appointments for this time, otherwise am home by this time. 1/2 hour
rest time – read mail etc
At the moment I have a reguar appointment at 5pm two days per week.
5:30 start preparing dinner
6:15 eat dinner and relax
6:45 – 7:30 – washing up, shower time, general tidy up of house, organise self for tomorrow.
7:30 – 9:30 – Study for uni subjects – sometimes longer if I am into whatever I am doing
10:00 Sleep for 8 hours (This is an absolute must!!)
Catch up again in a few weeks.
