Because that is a womans perogative!
But I am also going to change my focus a bit.
I couldn’t believe it but this afternoon for the first time in ages I felt like exercising!!!
I actually ran again. For the first time in a month. The foot was a little bit twingy but it feels ok now.
So I Ran about 2.5 kms today. Then I did 6 x sprints between the goal posts at the local football oval. It felt really good!
But I am taking it slowly. The main goal at the moment is to keep it simple. 3 x 30 mins minimum exercise 3x per week. That and basic strength exercises using body weight – like push ups, squats, lunges, dips etc and abs on alternate days.
