I am feeling much better today. Maybe I just needed a sleep.
Had a great food day today – just finished eating lemon and wattleseed marinate kangaroo steaks – very yum. Going to have some fresh pineapple for dessert.
I also went for a half hour walk this afternoon.
I am doing a small experiment which I will write more about when I see if it works!
