everywhere I go I seem to run lately…the minutes tick away and are gone and turn into hours so quickly. I’ve just changed hospitals (how unusual for me – heaven forbid I get into any sort of a habit!) again (that would be the third time this year) adn I am back at the Mater. I like the Mater for one reason – that would be because I love getting to work early and going for a run around the city/southbank area – it always makes for a great start to the day and it is such a nice time of year for it as well. Not that I did that this morning. I might go tomorrow morning though – I was motivated today by this hot doctor (who I happen to know cycles aroun 200km per week – so of course I’m imagining him without his clothes) (Ssshhh – I only just got married) So here I am thinking – should probably be good to go running again – he’s hot and he exercises. I was imagining him entirely inappropriately!!! (and I have to see him about 6 times a week – poor me).
So once again the speed factor appealed to me for eating purposes:
m1 – toast with banana and peanut butter
m2 – natural yoghurt with banana
m3 – BLT toasted sandwhich
m4 – Beef Stroganoff
and about 5 cups of tea
I told my singing teacher that I don’t have time for singing lessons anymore today because I have greater priorities in my life – its all about priorities really isn’t it! So I am scaling things down to make the best use of my time. I have been reading “Feel the Fear and Do it anyway” by Susan Jeffers. It has made a big impact and I am trying to implement some of her strategies. Life is good.
