Revealed

So I thought i would take some “Before” pics. Inspired by Katie P to have something to compare back to. Looking at them I don’t think they are all that bad. There are certainly ‘problem’ areas  ie. pouchy tummy, BUTT, and creasing in my back, but of those I know that the last (back creases) will be the first to go. I always trim up around the waist first.

so the stats for me are:

Height – 168cm

Current weight – 69.5kg

Where would I ideally like to be??? well probably more around the 62 mark – if I could get down to 62 then I think I would be quite content. I have a very bad psychological barrier at the 68kg point but I have weighed less than that twice in the past twelve months.

I have approximately 12 weeks ahead of me before I go back to my old stressful job where I don’t have as much freedom with my working hours (and eating times) and before I get busy again with uni (my final year).  I have plenty of free time to devote to obsessing about my body over the next 12 weeks. I’m not even having/going anywhere for christmas – it will just be mark and I  – if we’re lucky we will go out for christmas day lunch but thats about it. I’m not even planning a big new years this year.

Whatever I do I have to constatly remind myself that I am in this for me. I am the one in control of the situation and nobody elses opinion of what I am eating or drinking really matters (except you guys because you understand). So if I go out to the bar and choose to drink Soda water with Lime rather than copious amounts of champagne then that is OK.
