Sometimes I;m not sure if going to the chiroproactor is making my back better or worse. I was fine this morning got up and went for a run even – about 5 km and I did the first 2.5 in 14 minutes and the second 2.5 in 13 minutes. Got home had a shower and all that – went to the chiropractor – and then I started to feel like crap and headachy and burning in my upper back so I decided to take a “Mental health day” from work – although I realy dont feel that crash hot.
I did just have a nice breakfast though – a serve of bran flakes with a protein shake on the side. I’m going to do some errand like go to the bank to fix up my atm card that isn’t working and get some money. Christmas is a bad time of year for the eftpos card to not work. then I will go to the shops and pick up Mark’s christmas present, later on I will go to the gym and train the lower half of me and I might even go to pilates. Then when I come home I am going to put away all the clothes that are in the spare room.
Planned food for today is:
m2 – cottage cheese and rice crackers Slim secrets bar – i love these (145cal 12 Pro, 10 Carb, 2 ffat = perfect)
m3 – salad and chicken
m4 – yoghurt with protein powder
m5 – salmon and vegetables
