BUZZ SAYS 12 DAYS UNTIL MY FIRST HALF MARATHON!!
Training today consisted of riding the bike to work which is a moderately hard 32km round trip. There is lots of undulating hills but also a fair bit of stopping and starting with traffic lights etc. I am at the point now where biking to work doesn’t really feel like training – I feel like I could still go for a run when I get home but there usually isn’t really time. I remember the first time I rode to work that I was absolutely shattered – I am really happy that I have managed to become this fit.
Nutrition wise it has been a great day. Even though I had to scoff down my lunch in ten minutes because I found some cheap flights to Canberra and wanted to sort that out quickly.
What else? Not much really – just a normal Tuesday!
