That sounds like the titile to a dodgy newspaper doesn’t it!
This will have to be my one and only post this weekend because I am now officially ridiculously busy. I have 2 assignments duen next friday (one of which is almost complete) and because I will be moving to Canberra in a little under a month – I will need to make time to get together with all of my Brissy friends for a catch up. Although i will be coming back and forwards to Brisbane for a little while until Mark joins me in Canberra – there is still so much to be done.
The cleaning out factor in our house is enough on it’s own!
Training today is RPM with Liz – I have just had a big bowl of Oats and berries for breakfast because I have a feeling that because it is Liz’s last RPM class she will be in the mood to cane us thoroughly.
I did RPM yesterday too and my legs were feeling particularly heavy- so it will be interesting to see how they feel today!
Eating has been right on the mark for the past two days and in the next 24 hours I am doing a full trial of prep for next sundays half marathon. Tonight I’m having a light pasta based dinner and then tomorrow morning I plan to be up at 4:30am, eat breakfast of Oats, banana and dates by 5:00am and out the door and to Southbank by 6am. Then I will run the part of the course that I haven’t run before – which is just the south side along the river out towards West End. I am just doing about 12km tomorrow. I have one spare Gel which I will have at the 40 minute mark tomorrow. During the event next weekend I will have one gel at the 1 hour point and another one 40 mins later.
